SOLU BS update: Version 4.1.8

The main point of this update was to update the web payment libraries with new version of Luottokunta payment implementation which changed at the turn of the month. Other than that we offer some bug fixes and a couple new data card field types.

• Separated E21.Payments (web payment protocol library) into a separate project.
• Added Aktia and Suomen verkkomaksut web payment protocols into E21.Payments.
• Replaced Luottokunta protocol  in E21.Payments with a new SHA256 based implementation.
• Added file group and picture group field types to data cards.
• Added hotkey (^§, ctrl-§) for "edit page".
• Fixed: mass operations in media files list won't do the action.
• Fixed: direct child pages of a siteroot cannot be archived.
• Fixed: group tree identation styles out of whack.
• Updated Elmah, Json.Net and NLog libraries.
• NuGet now used for external libraries package managing.
